Our design process follows a structured approach, beginning with the Schematic Design phase. This stage involves conducting a thorough site analysis and inventory of existing conditions to understand the landscape’s opportunities and constraints. Based on project goals and client requirements, conceptual design studies are developed to explore various design possibilities. Illustrative drawings and visual presentations are then created to effectively communicate the proposed garden design concepts, allowing for client feedback and refinement.

Following this, the Design Development phase focuses on refining the approved schematic design. This includes selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods to align with the project’s aesthetic and functional objectives. Detailed design development documents are then prepared to facilitate the bidding process, ensuring that potential contractors have clear and comprehensive information. During this stage, bid reviews are conducted to assess proposals and select the most suitable contractor for the project.

The final stage, Construction Documentation, involves the preparation of detailed contract documents that outline specific construction details referenced in the landscape plans. These documents provide critical guidance for contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency during implementation. Additionally, Construction Administration is carried out, which may include site visits, coordination with contractors, and oversight to ensure that the project is executed according to the design intent, budget, and timeline.
